All coaches are required to complete a coaching application, complete a background check as well as complete any required training before taking the field/mat annually.

Board Members are required to complete a volunteer application annually and are subject to approval by the voting general members.

Organization volunteers include members of  equipment committee and banquet committee.  The Board of Directors approve a chairperson and additional committee members.
